HotHouse is the kennel name for Joe and Julie Barnes. Julie has been living with and loving black & tan coonhounds for 32 years. The very first dogs in her life were grade dogs, of no registry whatsoever. Later, after becoming involved in the world of dog showing, she became involved with AKC registered black & tan coonhounds. Joe became involved with the breed when he met Julie. Nowadays, they work together toward their common goal of producing only the finest black & tan coonhounds.
